# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 450 g chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
02 - 60 ml olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

→ To Assemble

09 - Wooden or metal skewers

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - Additional grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Chopped fresh parsley
12 - Lemon wedges

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
02 - Add chicken cubes to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat each piece. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked wooden or metal skewers, leaving a slight gap between each cube to ensure even cooking.
04 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes.
05 - Arrange skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
06 - Transfer cooked chicken skewers to a serving platter. Sprinkle with extra grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the chicken before cooking.
02 - Boneless, skinless chicken thighs provide a juicier texture.
03 - Store leftovers in an airtight container refrigerated up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
