# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 lb shell pasta or preferred pasta shape
02 - 1 cup diced celery
03 - 1 cup diced cucumber
04 - 1 cup diced red onion
05 - 1 cup diced red bell pepper
06 - 1 cup diced green bell pepper
07 - 1 cup frozen peas
08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream
10 - 1/4 cup white vinegar
11 - 1/4 cup sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
14 - 1 teaspoon salt
15 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it thoroughly and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced celery, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and frozen peas.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper until smooth.
04 - Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir thoroughly until all components are evenly coated.
05 - Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy.
