Evenly coat each chicken breast in the sugar and spice mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.

Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, positioning the ends underneath to secure during baking.

Place the wrapped chicken breasts into a baking dish with sides at least 5 centimetres high, leaving space between each piece.

Distribute any remaining sugar mixture evenly on top of the bacon-wrapped chicken.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
