Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange salmon pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Place seasoned salmon in the basket in a single layer. Cook 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until salmon is crisp and cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.

Toss cooked salmon with bang bang sauce or drizzle sauce over salmon bites. Serve immediately and garnish as desired.
