07 - 340 grams mashed overripe bananas (approximately 3 large bananas)
08 - 60 grams plain yogurt or sour cream
09 - 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
10 - 42 grams unsalted butter, melted
11 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Generously grease a 23 × 13 cm loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, both sugars, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until evenly blended.
03 - In a separate medium bowl, thoroughly mix mashed bananas, yogurt or sour cream, eggs, melted butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
04 - Gently fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing just until incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Carefully fold in walnuts or chocolate chips, if using, ensuring minimal stirring to maintain a tender crumb.
