# Ingredients:

01 - 120 ml mayonnaise
02 - 30 g finely chopped dill pickles
03 - 15 ml yellow mustard
04 - 5 ml white vinegar
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 0.25 tsp garlic powder
07 - 0.25 tsp onion powder

→ Beef Filling and Wraps

08 - 450 g lean ground beef
09 - 80 g finely chopped onion
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - 4 large flour tortillas
13 - 60 g shredded lettuce
14 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
15 - Dill pickle slices (optional)
16 - 15 ml olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until softened. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook, breaking into crumbles, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Warm flour tortillas briefly to increase pliability. Spread each tortilla with a generous layer of special sauce. Evenly distribute cooked beef mixture, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.
04 - Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately while warm.
