Combine the spices for the seasoning and mix in a small bowl with the olive oil.

Place the chicken in a zip lock bag and pour the spice mixture over the chicken.

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic, Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and minced parsley. Remove from heat. Take 1/3 of the sauce and set it aside. Reserve the rest for serving.

Heat the Blackstone Griddle over medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the griddle and cook on one side for 5 minutes.

Flip the chicken and baste with the prepared sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes and flip again. Baste the other side and continue flipping and basting until the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill, plate, and top with the reserved sauce before serving.
