# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 boneless chicken breasts filleted into 6 pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
03 - 1 can corn (12 ounces), drained
04 - 1 can black beans (14 ounces), rinsed and drained
05 - 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
06 - 2 cups salsa
07 - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
02 - Spread vegetable oil evenly across the griddle surface using a spatula.
03 - Place the filleted chicken breasts on the griddle and season with taco seasoning. Cook for 4-6 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
04 - After flipping the chicken, add the corn and black beans onto the griddle next to the chicken. Sauté for a few minutes to heat through.
05 - Pour the salsa on top of the corn and black beans. Toss to coat the mixture evenly.
