Blueberry Pistachio Spring Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 ounces spring mix salad greens
02 - 6 ounces chopped butter lettuce

→ Toppings

03 - candied pecans
04 - 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
05 - 1 watermelon radish, thinly sliced
06 - 1 to 2 small avocados, sliced
07 - 1 cup blueberries
08 - 1/3 cup pomegranate arils
09 - 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese

→ Dressing

10 - creamy pomegranate dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the spring mix salad greens and chopped butter lettuce together and arrange on a large platter or divide among individual serving bowls.
02 - Top the greens with candied pecans, sliced red onion, thinly sliced watermelon radish, sliced avocado, fresh blueberries, pomegranate arils, and crumbled feta cheese.
03 - Drizzle with the desired amount of creamy pomegranate dressing right before serving.
04 - Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top, if desired.
