In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese, paprika, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mash and stir until fully integrated. Set aside.

Combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and minced garlic in a separate bowl. Mix until chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.

Spread a layer of butter on one side of each bread slice. Flip over and spread cheese mixture on four slices. Top each cheese-covered slice with an equal portion of buffalo chicken mixture (approximately 120 ml per sandwich). Place muenster cheese slices on the remaining bread slices and close each sandwich.

Heat a large skillet over low heat and spray lightly with cooking spray. Place sandwiches in the skillet, butter side down. Cook for 5 minutes or until bread is golden and crisp, then flip and cook the other side until evenly browned and cheese is melted. Grill in batches if necessary.

Remove sandwiches from the pan. Serve promptly with extra buffalo sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing if desired.
