06 - 60 milliliters chipotle sauce (such as Taco Bell), adjust to taste
07 - 6 large flour tortillas
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven and bake tater tots following package instructions until golden and crisp.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess fat once cooked.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, mix cooked beef, crispy tater tots (lightly crushed), cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until thoroughly blended.
04 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to increase flexibility.
05 - Spoon a generous amount of filling onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle chipotle sauce and add sour cream on top.
06 - Fold in sides and roll up tightly from the bottom to form burritos.
07 - Arrange burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese over and bake until melted and bubbly.
