In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess fat once cooked.

In a large mixing bowl, mix cooked beef, crispy tater tots (lightly crushed), cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until thoroughly blended.

Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to increase flexibility.

Spoon a generous amount of filling onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle chipotle sauce and add sour cream on top.

Fold in sides and roll up tightly from the bottom to form burritos.
