03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine diced potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Arrange potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden and crispy.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan evenly over the potatoes. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
