Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, ½ tablespoon of olive oil, and 1/3 of the ranch seasoning mix. Stir to thoroughly coat the potatoes, then transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.

Add the frozen broccoli to the same bowl, ½ tablespoon of olive oil, and another 1/3 of the ranch seasoning. Stir to coat evenly, then place the broccoli on the baking sheet.

Place the chicken pieces in the bowl and add the remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning. Stir to coat well, then add the chicken to the baking sheet.

Top all ingredients on the baking sheet with the cut-up bacon pieces.

Bake the ingredients in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and stir the ingredients slightly.

Top the ingredients with shredded cheddar jack cheese and return the pan to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
