Chicken Bacon Ranch Dinner (Printable Version)

01 - 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
03 - 4 russet potatoes, cut into one-inch cubes
04 - 1 10-ounce package frozen broccoli florets
05 - 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
06 - 4 strips bacon, cut into one-inch pieces
07 - 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, ½ tablespoon of olive oil, and 1/3 of the ranch seasoning mix. Stir to thoroughly coat the potatoes, then transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Add the frozen broccoli to the same bowl, ½ tablespoon of olive oil, and another 1/3 of the ranch seasoning. Stir to coat evenly, then place the broccoli on the baking sheet.
04 - Place the chicken pieces in the bowl and add the remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning. Stir to coat well, then add the chicken to the baking sheet.
05 - Top all ingredients on the baking sheet with the cut-up bacon pieces.
06 - Bake the ingredients in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and stir the ingredients slightly.
07 - Top the ingredients with shredded cheddar jack cheese and return the pan to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
