Chicken Wontons Spicy Sauce (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wontons and Sauce

01 - 3 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
02 - 400 grams shiitake mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 clove garlic, grated
04 - 340 grams frozen chicken cilantro wontons
05 - 250 to 500 millilitres chicken broth, according to preference
06 - 120 millilitres teriyaki sauce
07 - 1 to 2 tablespoons chili crisp

08 - Green onions, sliced
09 - Sesame seeds

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and sauté until tender. Add grated garlic in the final minute of cooking, stirring frequently.
02 - Add frozen chicken wontons, chicken broth, and teriyaki sauce to the pan. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the wontons are thoroughly heated.
03 - Drizzle in the remaining 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and stir in the chili crisp. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a thicker sauce, use less broth. Adjust chili crisp to taste preference for heat.
