# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix gently by hand or with a sturdy spoon until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Avoid overworking the mixture to ensure tender patties.
02 - Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and form each into a patty of equal thickness. Press a slight dimple in the center of each patty to promote even cooking and prevent puffing. Wet your hands with cold water to prevent sticking.
03 - Preheat grill, grill pan, or skillet to medium heat. Place patties on the hot surface and cook until desired doneness—approximately 5-6 minutes per side. Flip once, handling gently to maintain shape. For medium rare, cook to 54-57°C; for medium, 60-63°C; for well-done, 71°C. Allow patties to rest several minutes before serving.
04 - Serve patties inside hamburger buns, layered with lettuce, sliced tomato, mustard, and mayonnaise. Add additional toppings as desired, such as pickles, onions, or avocado. Toast buns for extra texture if preferred.
