# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 cups sweet corn, drained if canned or thawed if frozen
02 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
03 - 60 g green onions, chopped
04 - 1 jalapeño, finely diced
05 - 120 ml Ranch dressing
06 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - Juice of 1 lime
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Kosher salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

11 - 360 g mayonnaise
12 - 120 g sour cream
13 - 80 ml whole milk
14 - 60 ml buttermilk
15 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
16 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
17 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
18 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill
19 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, buttermilk, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate if not using immediately.
02 - Place sweet corn, chopped bacon, green onions, diced jalapeño, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Pour ranch dressing over the salad mixture and gently stir until all ingredients are evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.
04 - Optionally, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill before serving, if desired.
