Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster (Printable Version)

Elegant lobster tails in creamy garlic butter sauce, rich and flavorful.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 fresh or high-quality frozen lobster tails, thawed if frozen
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the broiler. Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of each lobster tail shell without cutting the meat. Pull the meat up through the cut and rest it on top of the shell. Lightly season with salt and black pepper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, followed by lemon juice. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
03 - Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush each with garlic butter sauce. Broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting with more sauce halfway through.
04 - Remove lobster tails from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for added brightness.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Don’t overcook the lobster meat as it turns rubbery when overdone. Monitor closely during broiling.
02 - Using fresh garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and high-quality Parmesan enhances the flavor noticeably.
03 - Basting the lobster tails during cooking keeps the meat tender and flavorful.
