01 - 1 can (284 g) Rotel tomatoes, drained
02 - 240 ml sour cream
03 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
04 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 packet (28 g) ranch seasoning mix

→ Fresh Additions

06 - 40 g diced jalapeños (optional)
07 - 25 g chopped green onions
08 - 8 g chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

→ For Serving

09 - Tortilla chips or crackers
10 - Fresh vegetable sticks

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, and ranch seasoning mix. Whisk vigorously until smooth and well-blended.
02 - Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions until mixture is evenly combined.
03 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
04 - Stir the dip to refresh its texture and, if desired, garnish with chopped cilantro just before serving.
