01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 25 g Parmesan cheese, grated

07 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
08 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 30 g unsalted butter

→ Creamy Parmesan Sauce

11 - 30 g unsalted butter
12 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
13 - 240 ml heavy cream
14 - 120 ml chicken broth
15 - 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
16 - Salt, to taste
17 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Pasta

18 - 340 g spaghetti or linguine, cooked al dente

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated, then shape mixture into small, uniform meatballs.
02 - Melt 30 g butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add prepared meatballs and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt 30 g butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until aromatic. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in grated Parmesan. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and black pepper as needed.
04 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat with the sauce. Return chicken balls to the pan, spooning extra sauce over them. Serve immediately, garnishing with additional Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.
