01 - 450 grams lean ground beef
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 3 cups cauliflower florets
05 - 1 cup cauliflower rice
06 - 0.5 cup carrot, sliced
07 - 1 cup celery, sliced
08 - 400 grams canned diced tomatoes with juices
09 - 1 cup green beans

→ Broth & Seasonings

10 - 1.4 litres beef broth
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the lean ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a soup pot over medium heat until the beef is browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add cauliflower florets, cauliflower rice, sliced carrot, sliced celery, canned diced tomatoes with juices, green beans, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
03 - Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
