Healthy Mango Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 mangoes, chopped
02 - 2 avocados, chopped
03 - 2 red capsicum peppers, chopped
04 - 1 red onion, chopped
05 - 1 cucumber, chopped
06 - ½ cup coriander, chopped
07 - 1 lime, juiced
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
10 - Drizzle of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the mangoes and avocados into bite-sized pieces. Dice the red capsicum peppers, cucumber, and red onion into small chunks. Roughly chop the coriander leaves and place all the ingredients into a large salad bowl.
02 - Squeeze the juice of a fresh lime over the salad. Season with salt and red chili flakes to taste. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
03 - Toss everything well to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
