# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 60 ml all-purpose flour
02 - 0.5 g garlic powder
03 - 0.25 g cayenne pepper
04 - 0.5 g onion powder
05 - 5 g salt
06 - 0.25 g ground black pepper
07 - 450 g chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
08 - 15 g unsalted butter
09 - 15 ml canola oil or other neutral oil
10 - 1 tbsp green onions, sliced

→ Honey Butter Sauce

11 - 70 g butter, room temperature
12 - 120 ml honey
13 - 15 ml soy sauce
14 - 15 ml apple cider vinegar
15 - 1 g salt
16 - 0.13 g ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss until thoroughly coated.
02 - Heat unsalted butter with canola oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add coated chicken to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring space between pieces. Fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
03 - Reduce skillet heat to low. Add remaining butter to the pan and allow it to melt. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Continue to stir until the sauce thickens to a smooth, caramel-like consistency.
04 - Return fried chicken pieces to the skillet and stir to coat evenly in the sauce. Once the chicken is fully glazed, turn off the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
05 - Transfer glazed chicken to a serving platter. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with steamed white rice and sautéed green beans.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, allow enough space between chicken pieces during frying.
