11 - 250 grams cooked white or brown rice, or cauliflower rice
12 - 85 grams black beans, drained and rinsed
13 - 150 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
14 - 85 grams corn, fresh, canned or frozen
15 - 30 grams red onion, finely diced
16 - 1 small avocado, sliced
17 - 15 grams fresh cilantro, chopped

→ Lime Dressing (Optional)

18 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
19 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
20 - 1/2 teaspoon honey
21 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
22 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
23 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, finely chopped chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice until fully combined.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear chicken for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked, with an internal temperature of 74°C. Remove from heat.
03 - Drizzle the honey chipotle sauce over the cooked chicken, coating evenly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice chicken into thin strips.
04 - Assemble bowls by adding a portion of rice or cauliflower rice, black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro to each serving dish.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
06 - Arrange sliced chicken over the bowl base. Drizzle with lime dressing if desired. Serve immediately.
