# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
04 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup
08 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to create a flavorful glaze.
03 - Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them gently until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
04 - Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly golden brown.
