Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos (Printable Version)

Tortillas filled with beef, sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and pizza toppings, finished with melty mozzarella.

# What You'll Need:

→ Meats and Proteins

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 65 g pepperoni, diced
03 - 65 g cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 65 g cooked sausage, sliced

→ Vegetables and Seasonings

05 - 35 g bell pepper, diced
06 - 35 g red onion, diced
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauces and Toppings

11 - 120 ml pizza sauce
12 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 30 g black olives, sliced

→ Base

14 - 8 small tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add diced pepperoni, crumbled bacon, sliced sausage, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring to blend flavors.
03 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Place tortillas directly in the oven and warm for 2–3 minutes until just soft.
04 - Remove warmed tortillas and spread each with a layer of pizza sauce.
05 - Evenly distribute the meat mixture across tortillas. Top each with shredded mozzarella and sliced black olives.
06 - Return filled tortillas to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Allow tacos to rest for 1 minute before serving to let the flavors combine.

01 - Customize with your choice of additional pizza toppings such as mushrooms, jalapenos, or a blend of cheeses.
02 - Serve with a side of marinara sauce for enhanced flavor.
