07 - 140 g baby spinach or kale
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - 0.5 tsp ground cumin
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Juice of 0.5 lemon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add diced red onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic, ground beef, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up the beef, until browned and crumbled, about 6 to 8 minutes.
04 - Add the red bell pepper and chopped zucchini. Stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
05 - Stir in baby spinach or kale and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted.
