Melt In Your Mouth Chicken (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken breast with creamy Parmesan coating, baked to golden perfection. Family favorite and easy to make.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Creamy Coating

02 - 250 ml mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
03 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley or freshly chopped parsley
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, parsley, and lemon juice until homogenous.
03 - Arrange chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture generously over each breast, ensuring full coverage.
04 - Transfer dish to preheated oven and bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C and the surface is golden brown.
05 - For a crisp golden finish, set oven to broil for the final 2 to 3 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
06 - Allow chicken to rest in the dish for 5 minutes to permit juices to redistribute before serving. Pair with roasted vegetables, rice, or fresh salad as desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise provides a lighter, tangier flavor while reducing fat content.
02 - Letting the cooked chicken rest enhances juiciness and ensures even distribution of flavors.
