Preheat the oven to 175°C and cook the bacon until crisp. Once cooled, chop the bacon into small pieces.

Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat and arrange the breasts in a single, even layer in a baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, half of the shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.

Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the arranged chicken breasts. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C in the thickest section.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon and fresh green onions as desired.
