01 - 8 strips thick-cut bacon, crisped and chopped
02 - 900 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts
03 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
04 - 60 milliliters mayonnaise
05 - 100 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 60 grams sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 25 grams green onions, sliced
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and cook the bacon until crisp. Once cooled, chop the bacon into small pieces.
02 - Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat and arrange the breasts in a single, even layer in a baking dish.
03 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, half of the shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly blended.
04 - Evenly spread the cheese mixture over the arranged chicken breasts. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, if desired.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C in the thickest section.
06 - Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon and fresh green onions as desired.
