09 - 2 cups ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream
12 - 1 large egg
13 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

→ Pasta Layer

15 - 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained (or no-boil noodles)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Brown the ground beef and sausage. Add onions, garlic, marinara, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Mix ricotta (or cottage cheese), cream cheese, sour cream, egg, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella until smooth.
03 - Layer the meat sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Repeat layers and top with mozzarella.
