One Pan Chicken Noodles (Printable Version)

Creamy egg noodles and juicy chicken cooked together in one pan for a quick, comforting dinner.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 cups chicken broth
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 225 grams egg noodles
07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 60 milliliters grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and keep warm.
02 - In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
03 - Add egg noodles to the simmering liquid. Cover the skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
04 - Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return the cooked chicken breasts to the pan, nestling them into the noodles to heat through for 2 minutes.
05 - Transfer the chicken and noodles to serving plates. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.
