# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

06 - Gently fold in the diced peaches.
07 - Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
08 - In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cookie dough.
