02 - 21 g mini pepperoni slices (approximately 48 slices)
03 - Italian seasoning, for sprinkling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat oven to 177°C. Lightly grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.
02 - Spoon 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella cheese into each prepared muffin cup. Gently press cheese down into the cups.
03 - Place 3 mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in each cup, then sprinkle a small amount of Italian seasoning over each.
