Arrange fresh chicken wings evenly in the base of the slow cooker.

In a bowl, thoroughly combine honey, low sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar.

Set aside 60 ml of the prepared sauce for finishing.

Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken wings. Cover and cook on low heat for 4–6 hours until fully tender.

For a caramelised finish, transfer cooked wings to a foil-lined baking tray, brush with reserved sauce, and broil briefly until glossy.
