Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Wings (Printable Version)

Chicken wings slow-simmered in sweet, garlicky sauce, finished with a glossy glaze for crowd-pleasing flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1.1–1.4 kg fresh chicken wings

→ Sauce

02 - 240 ml honey
03 - 120 ml low sodium soy sauce
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 65 g brown sugar

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Arrange fresh chicken wings evenly in the base of the slow cooker.
02 - In a bowl, thoroughly combine honey, low sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and brown sugar.
03 - Set aside 60 ml of the prepared sauce for finishing.
04 - Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken wings. Cover and cook on low heat for 4–6 hours until fully tender.
05 - For a caramelised finish, transfer cooked wings to a foil-lined baking tray, brush with reserved sauce, and broil briefly until glossy.

01 - Monitor the wings during broiling to prevent burning; the glaze quickly caramelises under high heat.
