Preheat oven according to package directions and bake chicken strips.

In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin. Mix well and set aside.

Heat oil in a small skillet and add thawed corn. Cook until corn is browned, then remove from heat and set aside.

Remove chicken strips from the oven and cut into small strips.

Spread a couple tablespoons of southwest dressing on the lower half of each tortilla. Add romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken strips. Drizzle additional southwest dressing on top.

Roll each tortilla tightly, cut in half, and serve with a side of southwest dressing.
