Southwest Chicken Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 6-7 cooked crispy chicken tenders
02 - 6 flour tortillas
03 - 6 romaine lettuce leaves
04 - 2 medium tomatoes, cut into slices
05 - 1 package frozen corn, thawed
06 - 1 tablespoon oil
07 - 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Southwest Dressing

09 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
10 - 1/2 cup salsa
11 - 1/2 cup milk
12 - 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
13 - 1 tablespoon cumin

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven according to package directions and bake chicken strips.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning, and cumin. Mix well and set aside.
03 - Heat oil in a small skillet and add thawed corn. Cook until corn is browned, then remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Remove chicken strips from the oven and cut into small strips.
05 - Spread a couple tablespoons of southwest dressing on the lower half of each tortilla. Add romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken strips. Drizzle additional southwest dressing on top.
06 - Roll each tortilla tightly, cut in half, and serve with a side of southwest dressing.
