# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ For Seasoning

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon salt, divided
05 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder

→ Stuffing Mixture

07 - 113 grams cream cheese, softened
08 - 60 millilitres grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 - 45 grams fresh spinach, chopped
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
12 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Arrange chicken breasts on a cutting board and drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil.
03 - In a small bowl, combine paprika, 0.5 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of each chicken breast.
04 - With a sharp knife, carefully cut a deep pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Set aside.
05 - In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining 0.5 teaspoon salt until well incorporated.
06 - Evenly spoon the spinach cheese mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast.
07 - Arrange stuffed chicken breasts in a 23x33 cm baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the centre.
