02 - 1/4 cup sugar of choice (pure maple syrup, white sugar, xylitol, etc.)
03 - 2 tsp lemon juice or zest of 1 lemon
04 - Optional pinch of salt
# Instructions:
01 - Remove the stems from the strawberries and freeze them if they are not already frozen.
02 - If using a high-speed blender like a Vitamix, blend all ingredients until the mixture achieves a smooth sorbet texture. No ice cream machine is required.
03 - If using a regular blender, let the frozen strawberries thaw until they can be processed. Then transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
