06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
08 - 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
09 - 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and honey (if using).
03 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then evenly coat them with the prepared sweet chili mixture.
04 - Place the chicken breasts into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
05 - While the chicken is cooking, season the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them in the air fryer basket.
06 - Cook the Brussels sprouts for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they become crispy and golden brown.
07 - Once the chicken is fully cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.
08 - Serve the sliced chicken with crispy Brussels sprouts and drizzle with any remaining sweet chili sauce if desired.
