10 - 30 milliliters mayonnaise

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and chili flakes. Add chicken pieces and turn to coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
02 - In a small bowl, combine full-fat coconut milk, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, sriracha or chili garlic sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until needed.
03 - Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
04 - Prepare jasmine or basmati rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff the rice gently with a fork.
05 - Divide the cooked rice evenly among serving bowls. Arrange sliced grilled chicken over the rice.
