Cheesy Garlic Mozzarella Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 8 frozen Texas rolls, thawed

→ Cheese Filling

02 - 4 sticks mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 pieces

→ Garlic Butter Topping

03 - 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, freshly chopped or dried

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange frozen Texas rolls on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thoroughly thawed.
02 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 - Cut mozzarella sticks into 16 uniform pieces, each approximately 2.5 cm in length.
04 - Flatten each thawed dough ball by hand into a round disc.
05 - Place two pieces of mozzarella in the centre of each dough disc.
06 - Pinch dough edges tightly together to enclose cheese, forming a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake rolls in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
08 - While baking, melt butter in a microwave-safe dish or saucepan. Stir in minced garlic and parsley until well combined.
09 - Remove baked rolls from oven and immediately brush each with the garlic butter mixture.
10 - Allow to cool slightly before serving for best texture and flavour.
