Arrange frozen Texas rolls on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thoroughly thawed.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut mozzarella sticks into 16 uniform pieces, each approximately 2.5 cm in length.

Flatten each thawed dough ball by hand into a round disc.

Place two pieces of mozzarella in the centre of each dough disc.

Pinch dough edges tightly together to enclose cheese, forming a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake rolls in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.

While baking, melt butter in a microwave-safe dish or saucepan. Stir in minced garlic and parsley until well combined.

Remove baked rolls from oven and immediately brush each with the garlic butter mixture.

Allow to cool slightly before serving for best texture and flavour.
