# Ingredients:

→ For the French Toast Bites

01 - 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls or 4 thick slices of brioche bread, cubed
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/2 cup milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
06 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon butter for cooking

→ For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating

08 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ For the Glaze

10 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
11 - 1 tablespoon milk
12 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - If using refrigerated cinnamon rolls, cut each roll into 4 pieces. If using bread, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
03 - Coat each cinnamon roll piece or bread cube in the egg mixture.
04 - In a large skillet or griddle, melt butter over medium heat.
05 - Add the dipped bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Toss warm French toast bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
07 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
08 - Drizzle the glaze over the warm bites and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Want extra crunch? Add chopped pecans or walnuts on top.
02 - Make it creamier by replacing milk with half-and-half.
03 - Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 days and reheat before serving.
