→ Dressing

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
07 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)
11 - 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds & sea salt mix)
12 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for extra heat)
13 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Slice cucumbers and bell peppers into thin rounds or strips. Thinly slice red onion if using.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, everything bagel seasoning, sriracha, and sesame oil.
03 - Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and bell peppers. Toss everything together until well coated.
