Frozen Yogurt Bark Bananas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups plain yogurt
02 - 2 ripe bananas, separated
03 - 2 tbsp honey (optional)
04 - 2 tbsp natural style peanut butter
05 - 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can use a 9x9 baking dish, 9x13 baking dish, or a 13x18 baking sheet depending on the desired thickness of the bark.
02 - In a medium bowl, mash one banana. Add in the yogurt and honey (if using). Stir until the mixture is fully combined.
03 - Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a knife or spatula, creating a smooth layer.
04 - Swirl the peanut butter on top of the yogurt mixture and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. If the peanut butter is too thick, warm it in the microwave in 20-second intervals. Slice the remaining banana and place the pieces as toppings.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 5 hours, ensuring the yogurt bark is frozen solid.
06 - Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the bark into pieces with your hands. Serve and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Store the yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
02 - Greek yogurt can be used, but as it is more tart, consider adding extra honey for sweetness.
03 - Vanilla or honey-flavored yogurt can be used as alternatives, but omit additional honey as these options are already sweetened.
