06 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
07 - 100 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

11 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough (divided into 8–12 equal portions, flattened)

→ Topping

12 - 30 ml melted butter
13 - 5 g minced garlic or garlic powder
14 - 15 g grated Parmesan cheese
15 - Optional: chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Sauté ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow to cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese and any optional add-ins.
02 - Flatten each portion of biscuit or pizza dough into a disc. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the cooled beef mixture in the center of each disc. Gather and pinch the dough edges together to seal, shaping into balls.
03 - Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each ball with melted butter mixed with minced garlic. Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the tops.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
05 - Brush baked bombs with additional garlic butter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, aioli, or spicy mayonnaise.
