No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Peanut Butter Base

01 - 250 g creamy peanut butter
02 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 240 g powdered sugar
05 - 150 g graham cracker crumbs

→ Chocolate-Peanut Butter Topping

06 - 180 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
07 - 60 g creamy peanut butter

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well combined. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
03 - Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm. Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Crunchy peanut butter can be used for extra texture.
02 - For added crunch, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before chilling.
03 - Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
