Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey Sandwich (Print Version)

01 - 1 loaf Trader Joe’s Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia, halved horizontally
02 - 4-6 oz sliced oven-roasted turkey breast (Trader Joe’s Herb Turkey or preferred)
03 - 2-3 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed
05 - Handful of arugula or baby spinach
06 - 2 tablespoons mayo or aioli
07 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Optional: thinly sliced red onion or tomato

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the sun-dried tomato focaccia in half horizontally. Lightly toast, if desired, for a warm, crispy bite.
02 - Spread mayo (and mustard, if using) on one side of the bread. Add mashed or sliced avocado, then layer on cheese, turkey, arugula, and any optional toppings like red onion or tomato.
03 - Top with the other piece of bread. Slice in half and serve immediately—or wrap for lunch on the go.
