# Ingredients:

06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
08 - 1/2 cup ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)
09 - 1 scoop protein powder (optional, for extra energy)

# Instructions:
